I’m Bruno Doddoli, an avid landscape and travel photograpger based in Calgary, AB. Canada.
What got me into photography?
I grew up contemplating the pages of a famous magazine, but no It wasn't National Geographic. It was a famous british magazine called F1 Racing (now GP Racing). I would spend hours admiring those photographs, time and time again, the action shots, disc brakes glowing red because of the heat, sparks from a car bottoming-out, etc. That is how my love for photography started.
What happened next?
After moving to Calgary, and being surrounded by marvellous landscapes, the prairies on one side and the Rockies on the other, my interest in landscape photography awakened. I went back to not only the cliché National Geographic magazines, but photography literature in general. Nowadays, one of my favourite magazines is Photo Life, even though I still like anything with four wheels or an engine.
I want to capture these landscapes to the best of my ability.
